About The Position

This position operates machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and to ensure the proper ingredients and supplies are being used on the line. The Fryer Operator monitors and adjusts machine settings as needed, notifies a supervisor if machinery requires maintenance, maintains a safe work environment, and adheres to Tyson policies and procedures. The position is designated for team members currently working at this facility or complex. Applicants transferring from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. Candidates must have completed their 90-day probationary period, have six or fewer attendance points, have no verbal warnings or suspensions in the last six months, and meet the requisition’s minimum requirements to qualify for an interview. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Must be a current team member at the facility or complex, or follow the stated HR Partner process when transferring from another Tyson facility.
Must have completed the 90-day probationary period.
Must have six or fewer attendance points.
Must have no verbal warnings or suspensions in the previous six months.
