This position is slated for team members currently working at the facility or complex. Team members interested in transferring from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The team member assembles the required equipment for the Delford labeling system and Markem printer, and ensures the metal detector is set up and verified at shift startup. They verify and test labels for every product scheduled to run on their line during the shift, retrieve label rolls, and set up the machine’s print-and-apply heads as needed. During production, they monitor metal detector and printer flow and print quality, and replace label rolls as they run low. The work involves frequent walking along the process line to ensure proper operation and quality. The position requires standing throughout the shift, frequent pushing and pulling with moderate force, constant reaching up to 30 inches, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasional moderate-to-heavy force with both hands when setting up and tearing down. Forward bending of 10–50 degrees, occasional side reaching, and occasional pinching or power gripping may also be required. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
