About The Position

This position is responsible for providing customer service within the scope of the position and company policy. The Frozen Manager will train, schedule, and supervise Frozen Food workers to ensure optimum staffing patterns for the department. They will interact with customers to resolve problems related to sales, satisfaction, product, and other operational issues within the Frozen Food area. Key duties include performing daily inventory, ordering supplies, stocking shelves in coolers, freezers, and displays, removing expired items, and maintaining the cleanliness of display areas and freezers. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to follow company customer service procedures.
• Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.
• Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

• Previous experience as a clerk.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service as defined by the employer and company policy.
• Train, schedule, and supervise Frozen Food workers.
• Speak with customers to resolve problems related to sales, satisfaction, product, and operations.
• Perform daily inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Replace stock in coolers, freezers, and end displays.
• Remove expired items from shelves daily.
• Unload boards and stack on pallets or six wheel carts.
• Push pallet jacks or six wheeled carts through the store to display areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of display areas and freezers.
• Other duties as assigned.
