About The Position

The Frozen Manager is responsible for providing customer service, training and supervising Frozen Food workers, resolving customer issues, managing inventory, stocking shelves, removing expired items, unloading stock, and maintaining cleanliness of display areas and freezers. This role involves working in a cold environment and requires physical stamina for lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. The position also includes supervisory responsibilities for Frozen Food Clerks and Helper Clerks.

Requirements

• Ability to follow company customer service procedures.
• Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.
• Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service as defined by company policy.
• Train, schedule, and supervise Frozen Food workers.
• Resolve customer problems related to sales, service, or product.
• Perform daily inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Replace stock in coolers, freezers, and end displays.
• Remove expired items from shelves daily.
• Unload boards and stack on pallets or carts.
• Push pallet jacks or carts through the store to display areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of display areas and freezers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
