About The Position

The Frozen Food Clerk delivers remarkable customer service by sharing product knowledge, providing efficient service, and maintaining a friendly attitude. The role involves a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. Food Clerks help create a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience by connecting with customers and teammates, maintaining product displays, stocking and rotating merchandise, using job-specific technology, and following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. The role may involve working across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery departments, along with other tasks that support store operations. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.
