About The Position

Sullivan's Foods is hiring a Frozen/Dairy Department Manager to lead the department team and help ensure a remarkable experience for guests. The manager coaches, trains, develops, and influences team members to achieve department and store goals; provides customer service in person and by phone; creates merchandising displays; evaluates product quality and freshness; and orders product while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. The manager also assists team members with preparing and stocking product, keeping the work setting clean and safe, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard, and taking out trash. The role carries responsibility for guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and department profitability. The position offers a pay range of $17.00–$29.50 per hour. Sullivan's Foods is part of Coborn's, Inc., an employee-owned grocery retailer.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, train, develop, and influence department team members to achieve department and store goals.
Provide customer service to guests in the store and by phone, including for special orders and questions.
