About The Position

The Frozen Dairy Clerk delivers remarkable customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising within Fresh departments. Clerks help maintain a welcoming store by assisting customers, keeping displays stocked and appealing, and following food safety and quality procedures. The role may include working across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, as well as other tasks needed to support store operations.
