At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Afternoon Froster / Assistant Baker is at the heart of it all. Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you are able to support the Bakery because you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. You’ll make and frost the cakes that make people’s days, so you’ll get to enjoy yours as well. Your primary responsibilities in this role as the Froster and Back of the Bakery Extraordinaire are to: Make frosting and frost all cakes according to NBC's standards and time guidelines including cakes available for walk-in guests, pre-ordered cakes, and marketing cakes. All of our frosters have the responsibility to keep the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently. Assist our lead baker to help bake all sizes and flavors of cakes offered by NBC according to NBC's standards and time guidelines. It will be the assistant baker's responsibility to keep the baking station clean, sanitized and running efficiently, as well as tracking inventory. Wash dishes from the baking and frosting department as well as cleaning the bakery. Cleaning will include floors, walls, bathrooms, shelves etc. You will also have time to fold boxes, track inventory and make labels and organize.
