Requirements
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- High energy and ability to engage large groups
- Professional image and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
Nice To Haves
- Sales, hospitality, entertainment, or public speaking experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Deliver engaging and professional group presentations

- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests
- Present the benefits and value of vacation ownership
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Frontline Sales Representatives to maximize results
- Represent the Capital Vacations brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain product knowledge and presentation excellence
