Position Overview As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests and prospective owners, guiding them through our proven sales process and helping them discover the benefits of vacation ownership. You'll be supported by experienced leaders, professional sales presentations, multiple tour-generation channels, and a collaborative sales environment designed to help you succeed. This is an opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and are looking to maximize both their income and career growth.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Active Florida Real Estate License required prior to start date
  • Sales experience is required.

  • Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience is preferred
