About The Position

Replika is hiring a Frontend Engineer for its Web Funnels team. The role focuses on building and improving the web subscription funnel, including landing pages, onboarding quizzes, paywalls, checkout, and upsell flows. The engineer will turn growth-team ideas and hypotheses into production pages quickly, build and launch A/B test variants, evaluate results, and help determine what to test next. The role also includes implementing analytics and attribution, integrating payment and subscription providers, and keeping funnels fast, mobile-first, reliable, and consistent across browsers and countries. This is a hands-on, three-month contract position with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent. The position is fully remote and requires availability to work CET hours.

Requirements

2–5 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
Strong commercial frontend experience with React and Next.js, with production work to demonstrate.
Experience building conversion funnels, landing pages, or checkout flows for a consumer subscription product, and ability to discuss conversion impact.
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals.
Experience creating responsive, mobile-first, pixel-tight web experiences.
Experience with experimentation and analytics, including A/B testing, Amplitude or GA4, and Meta and Google pixels and conversion APIs.
Ability to ship quickly while ensuring pages work across phones.
Serious use of AI development tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor, with a considered view of their strengths and limitations.
Ability to shape what is tested and implement it directly.
Fluent English.

Nice To Haves

Payments and subscriptions experience with Stripe, Chargebee, PayPal, or similar.
Experience with web-to-app funnels, including deep links and handing buyers over to an app.
Hands-on backend experience with Node.js, APIs, or edge functions.
Experience using funnel builders and knowing when a custom build is preferable.

Responsibilities

Build and ship web funnels end to end, including landing pages, onboarding quizzes, paywalls, checkout, and upsell flows.
Build and launch A/B test variants, review results, and use findings to inform subsequent tests.
Implement analytics and attribution, including events, pixels, and server-side tracking.
Integrate billing providers for payments and subscriptions, including offers and coupons.
Keep funnels fast, mobile-first, and reliable across browsers and countries.
Suggest funnel experiments based on observed pages and performance data.
Work with the growth lead and web engineer to develop and test funnel ideas.
