About The Position

Replika is hiring a hands-on Frontend Engineer to build and optimize the web funnels through which people subscribe, including landing pages, onboarding quizzes, paywalls, checkout flows, and upsells. The role turns growth-team ideas and hypotheses into production pages quickly, runs experiments, and contributes ideas about what to test next. It works closely with the growth lead and a web engineer. This is a three-month contract position, with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent. The position is fully remote and requires the ability to work CET hours.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js, with production work to show.
• Experience building conversion funnels, landing pages, or checkout flows for a consumer subscription product, and the ability to discuss what improved conversion.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals.
• Ability to build responsive, mobile-first, pixel-tight pages.
• Experience with experimentation and analytics, including A/B testing, Amplitude or GA4, Meta and Google pixels, and conversion APIs.
• Ability to ship quickly while ensuring pages work across phones.
• Serious use of AI development tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor, and a considered view of their strengths and limitations.
• Ability to shape what is tested and implement it hands-on.
• Fluent English.

Nice To Haves

• Payments and subscriptions experience with Stripe, Chargebee, PayPal, or similar.
• Experience with web-to-app funnels, including deep links and handing buyers over to an app.
• Hands-on backend experience with Node.js, APIs, or edge functions.
• Experience with funnel builders and judgment about when a custom build is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship web funnels end to end, including landing pages, onboarding quizzes, paywalls, checkout, and upsell flows.
• Build and launch A/B test variants, review results, and iterate on experiments.
• Implement analytics and attribution, including events, pixels, and server-side tracking.
• Integrate payment and subscription providers, including offers and coupons.
• Ensure funnels are fast, mobile-first, and reliable across browsers and countries.
• Suggest funnel experiments based on page performance and conversion data.
