  • Experience owning a product UI or web property end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility
  • Ability to work closely with designers and translate visual direction into high-quality implementations
  • Strong ownership mindset—you notice what's broken and fix it without being asked
  • Clear communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Lead frontend direction—establishing patterns, component systems, and design standards
  • Build and maintain the marketing website, balancing speed with quality
  • Write clean, maintainable code across the stack (frontend-first, with backend context as needed)
  • Partner closely with Product and Design to translate requirements into polished user experiences
  • Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability of customer-facing interfaces
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
  • Debug and resolve production UI issues with durable, thoughtful solutions
  • Mentor other engineers on frontend best practices and contribute to engineering culture

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Remote friendly environment with flexibility
  • Expense reimbursement for Cell Phone & Internet
