About The Position

Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Front Service Attendant (Bell/Valet) Graveyard to join the team! This is Hawaii Island's only 62-acre property with 3 one of a kind outdoor swimming pools. The role involves parking and retrieving cars in the Valet parking lot and assisting guests with their luggage. It also includes facilitating the financial control of valet and self-parking fees, controlling car keys, and proactively assisting in improving customer service and the quality of guest experience.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to lift items/baggage weighing up to 75lbs.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes overnights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

  • Parks and retrieves cars from the valet lot and assists guest with their luggage upon arrival and departure from the hotel.
  • Receives, retrieves, logs, inventories, and monitors keys for guest vehicles.
  • Collects, reconciles, and maintains accurate accounts of money during shift. Balances and post charges at the end of shift.
  • Assist customers with questions and/or concerns immediately in a friendly and sincere manner. Provides detailed information on special activities and promotes Hilton Marketing programs.
  • Makes, confirms, and monitors transportation activity in Main entrance.
  • Supports other staff as business needs require.
