About The Position

Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Temporary Valet Key Attendant/Cashier. This role is an opportunity to join the Hilton team and contribute to providing memorable experiences for guests at Hawaii Island's only 62-acre Hawaiian paradise with 3 outdoor swimming pools. The position involves greeting guests, processing parking transactions and fees, and ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle various methods of payment.
  • 1 year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Total, process and collect payments from guests and all parking transactions to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, vouchers and credits.
  • Operate and manage the parking booth area.
  • Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees including, but not limited to parking rates, validations, accrued parking time, vehicles in the hotel's care, etc.
  • Manage the flow of traffic, as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
