About The Position

The Front Office Supervisor at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service and supporting the front office team. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage daily activities, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Requirements

Minimum of (1) year of supervisory role experience preferred.
Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
Proficient with front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work PM shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure seamless service and operations.
Provide training, guidance, and support to front office staff to uphold high standards of guest service.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and requests.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize wait times.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist in preparing reports related to front office activities.
