Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel that opened in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas—and we're building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life. Joining our team means helping shape the culture, setting the standards, and creating the experiences that will define the hotel from the early days. Every Experience Curator plays a critical role in building something special from the ground up. At Coury Hospitality and Hotel Vin Rogers, People Come First. We’re seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. In this role, you’ll help lead the Front Office team in delivering seamless arrival and departure experiences while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards of a world-class lifestyle hotel. You’ll support daily operations, coach team members in real time, and help create the rhythm and culture of the front office from day one.

Requirements

• Previous luxury or high end hotel front office or guest services experience required.
• Supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems required.
• Lightspeed preferred.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage guest flow in real time.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
