About The Position

MaxHealth in Tampa is looking to hire a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and provide excellent customer service overall. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and past experience in a Primary Care clinic. The starting salary is $18.00 an hour, with hours from Monday-Friday 8:20pm-5:30pm. Requirements

  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish
  • Past experience in a Primary Care clinic
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required

Nice To Haves

  • EMR/EHR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
