Requirements

• 1+ years in a front desk, medical/dental/chiropractic office, or other customer-facing role
• Comfortable talking with people about money — collecting payments, explaining costs, following up on balances
• Experience juggling phones, scheduling, and in-person patients at the same time
• Basic comfort learning new software (EHR, scheduling systems, etc.) — we'll train you on ours

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep the schedule organized and productive.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Collect payments and explain financial arrangements.
• Coordinate patient flow throughout the day.
• Help maintain accurate records.
• Support therapy areas when needed.
• Work closely with the doctor to provide outstanding patient care.
