The Courtyard/Residence Inn Complex is looking for its next great team member to lead our Front Office team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a Hotel
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Excellent at resolving challenges
• Dedicated to provide excellent service to our guest

Nice To Haves

• Marriott brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
• Manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support.
• Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associates performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
