Requirements

1–3 years of hotel Front Office management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus).

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of the local area and attractions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Manage daily front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest accounting.
Create staff schedules based on business needs and labor guidelines.
Monitor room availability, arrivals/departures, and daily business levels.
Ensure Night Audit procedures and month-end reporting are completed accurately.
Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Support the team as needed and foster a positive, guest-focused culture.
