About The Position

The Front Office Lead at the FPG Silverstein Institute at Venice is responsible for managing daily patient-related activities, including scheduling, check-in, check-out, and follow-up. This role acts as a liaison between physicians, patients, the facility, and insurance companies. The position requires handling patient collections at checkout, meeting compliance standards, and maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information. The daily interactions should reflect a positive organizational attitude and effectiveness, modeling the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and supporting the achievement of system goals in Service, People, Finance, Quality, and Growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a physician office.
  • Skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Access).
  • Professional, neat appearance with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer, keyboard and data input skills.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-direction.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining proficiency and efficiency.
  • Dependability/reliability.
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR.
  • Medical terminology.
