This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, both in person and over the phone, at Sandalfoot Resort. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing reservations, customer service, work order coordination, sales, and administrative tasks. The position involves training in company processes and procedures, utilizing existing knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and results-driven individual with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. This is a fast-paced industry requiring self-direction and the drive to contribute to the company's success and growth. The role is based on Sanibel Island at Sandalfoot Resort, providing expert guidance, high-level service, and oversight to vacationing guests. Responsibilities include maintaining a local presence, processing and managing vacation rental reservations, submitting work orders, and performing inspections. Coordination with property managers, maintenance staff, inspectors, and owners is also a key aspect of the position. Sandalfoot is a well-known beachfront condominium resort with a strong history and a loyal ownership base, offering a visible, on-site position where association management, guest experience, and operational execution intersect.
