This is a full-time, salaried position requiring 40 hours a week, 8-hour shifts, with weekend availability. The role involves processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and handling various guest requests. The manager will secure payments, manage room keys, ensure rate accuracy, and coordinate with other departments like Housekeeping. Responsibilities include managing guest communications, processing payments, reporting safety concerns, and upholding company policies and standards. A key aspect of the role is providing excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues. The position also involves administrative tasks related to owner services, such as managing rental agreements, processing payments, and communicating with owners. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills, strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and exceptional teamwork. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.
