About The Position

Rogue Community Health is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with youth, possess excellent communication skills, outgoing, have great attention to detail, and a great team player. They will also have a great ability to multitask, comfortability while engaging with diverse groups of people, self-motivated, and able to follow protocol with ease. Requirements

• Must work 20 hours per week or more to be benefit-eligible.
• Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, school staff, students, and parents/guardians.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Participate and facilitate at school all-staff meetings, school events, and activities.
• Includes events such as parent-teacher conferences and other outreach events where public speaking is required.
