About The Position

Georgia Banking Company is seeking a Front Office Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Buckhead, GA. This is a high visibility position to support the CEO with meeting preparation and ensure our guests, clients, and partners are warmly welcomed.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years in a front-office or administrative support role in a professional environment, ideally within financials services
  • Experience with meeting logistics and/or presentation preparation for a high-level executive
  • Microsoft Teams Office suite skills including Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with ease
  • Must maintain a professional presence and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt as needs change

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and direct guests including issuing parking validation tickets
  • Supporting the CEO with meeting logistics and presentation preparation such as starting video meetings
  • Procurement including issuing payments, ordering supplies, submitting reimbursements
  • Event and catering set-up and clean-up
  • Mail organization and distribution
  • Maintain the cleanliness and stock of common areas including the kitchen, vending machines, and the boardroom
  • Providing additional administrative support as needed for Executive Leadership and the Corporate HR team
