The Front Office Coordinators are integral to the company, responsible for daily medical receptionist duties, establishing and maintaining relationships, and driving the patient experience. They optimize appointment schedules, manage phone calls, process referrals, collect payments, and obtain insurance authorizations. FOCs gain business skills by learning about KPIs and benchmarks that contribute to clinic success and patient outcomes. With over 35 locations, the front office team collaborates globally and regionally for development and networking.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Bachelors degree in related field preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in a customer facing position
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency with technology and computer systems (EMR, Microsoft Office Suite, etc)
  • Ability to multitask without being overwhelmed
  • Capability to build strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy
  • Self-motivated, a go-getter, and a self starter
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work at an IRG facility and be responsible for own transportation
  • Ability to perform custodial duties using medical grade cleaning products
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time at a video display terminal and use a keyboard
