About The Position

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join their growing team. The Front Office Coordinator is an integral position responsible for day-to-day medical receptionist duties, establishing and maintaining relationships, and driving the patient experience. Responsibilities include optimizing patient appointment schedules, managing incoming phone calls, processing and converting new referrals, collecting time-of-service payments, and obtaining insurance authorizations. FOCs will also gain business skills by learning about KPIs and benchmarks that drive clinic success and patient outcomes. The company offers global and regional collaboration opportunities for its front office team across its 35+ locations.

  • Experience working or shadowing in a healthcare or fitness facility

Responsibilities
