About The Position

The Front of House team member provides friendly, upbeat, memorable customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role involves helping guests with orders, questions, and special requests; keeping the front of house clean, organized, and welcoming; and working with the team to maintain smooth operations. Team members are expected to bring positive energy to each shift and contribute to a welcoming experience for guests. This position is offered by an independent Jason’s Deli franchisee, which is the employer and is responsible for employment-related matters.
