About The Position

This Front of House position at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location may include busser and food runner duties. Bussers prepare and maintain the dining room by cleaning tables and chairs, clearing completed plates, attending to spills and guest needs, sweeping floors, and removing trash. Food runners deliver orders to guests, ensure guests have what they need, refill drinks, and respond to requests after food is delivered. Both roles follow sanitation and safety policies and may perform other duties requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Maintain table settings by removing plates as guests finish and attending to spills or other special needs.
• Maintain the dining room by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors, removing trash, and cleaning spills.
• Deliver orders to guests in the dining room and ensure they have what they need.
• Refill drinks and respond to guest requests after food has been delivered.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies to protect the establishment and guests.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
