About The Position

The Front of House Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to team members, monitors performance, and helps ensure quality service and smooth operations. The role addresses operational issues and guest concerns, supports an inclusive and engaged team culture, ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards, and reports on team performance and key metrics. The supervisor also performs other operational duties assigned by their manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including maneuvering up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets.

Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
Perform other operational duties as assigned by the manager.
