This role is responsible for leading the full front of house operations, supervising both Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams to deliver best-in-class experiences. The manager will ensure all guest areas are fully staffed and running efficiently, uphold operating standards, and drive guest safety and satisfaction. They will also be responsible for building and developing the team through hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development, as well as managing operations across both departments, including the game system, bay operations, food and beverage standards, and department budgets. Performance will be driven by leveraging business metrics to maximize profit and revenue and identifying opportunities for improvement.
