Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day front of house operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and proper procedures
  • Ensure uniform compliance and proper grooming of all team members
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas and restrooms throughout the day by following daily cleaning protocols
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism
  • Conduct regular table visits to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management about operational needs and areas for improvement
  • Identify problem areas and implement solutions to enhance guest experience
  • Accept and incorporate feedback constructively, fostering a growth-oriented environment
