About The Position

Lucy Buffett's LuLu's is a Fast Paced, High Volume, Casual, family-oriented restaurant where Food, Fun, and Live Music are a staple. The Restaurant Floor Manager is actively responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the satisfaction of guests and the supervision of employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years Restaurant Management experience required
• Experience in conflict management
• Professional in actions and communication

Responsibilities

• Oversees the opening and closing of restaurant
• Recruits, trains, and supervises staff
• Schedules department staff in line with business level needs
• Ensures remarkable customer service experience is provided
• Communicates effectively with employees, managers, and customers
• Completes Administrative/Office tasks
