About The Position

The Front of House Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant. This position helps lead the service team, supports the development of staff, and ensures that every guest experience reflects Hai Hospitality’s standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality. Our managers work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence, support team growth, and uphold the culture of the restaurant.

Requirements

Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
Must be able to lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs.
Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold.
Ability to lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements.
Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives.
Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area.
Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors.
Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming.
