Requirements

  • You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry.
  • You have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience. (preferably in high volume restaurants)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members and guests.
  • Ensure the dining room is always clean and well-stocked, and ensure that team members have all the tools they need for a successful shift.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with the kitchen operations team during service periods.
  • Support all service staff and actively participate in service.
  • Ensure that every meal and moment exceeds expectations throughout the entire dining experience.
  • Comply with HR practices and policies, hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests.
  • Provides feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to succeed.
