Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill, a family-owned agritourism business with an 80-year history, is seeking an Assistant Tasting Room Manager. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily tasting room operations. The Assistant Manager will co-manage staff, including bartenders, servers, and greeters, ensuring professionalism and a shared purpose. Responsibilities include supporting sales growth, maintaining profitability, and executing daily service through effective staffing and scheduling. The role also involves overseeing training, safety, and service standards, while fostering a positive team culture. In collaboration with the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will contribute to financial planning, budgeting, labor management, and P&L accountability. This position also participates in leadership meetings and drives initiatives to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and off-site sales.
