This role involves supervising shifts by leading other hourly employees to adhere to Denny’s brand standards. The supervisor will coordinate restaurant activities by observing guest flow, monitoring sales, employee hours, and guest counts to ensure proper staffing. They will also complete shift walkthroughs, take corrective actions when needed, and communicate employee relations issues, deviations from brand standards, and other guest issues to an exempt manager. The position requires adherence to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures, and may involve performing other duties as required or assigned.
