About The Position

This role is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, with food and drinks as a component. Guest Service Support Experts are responsible for a wide range of services to ensure smooth food and beverage operations. This includes tasks like setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Success in this position requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves being physically active, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving on various surfaces, managing menus by reading and visually verifying information, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
