About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring experienced, safety-minded Front Load Drivers to work from its Waxahachie, Texas yard. Drivers start and end their shifts at the same location and service commercial routes with timely pickups and deliveries. The role involves safely operating a CDL truck and hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers. Drivers communicate with dispatchers and customers and conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 a.m. to 2 p.m., with Saturdays as needed. The job is approximately 50–65 hours per week and includes built-in overtime. Requirements

Class A or Class B CDL.
Minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and a safety-first mindset.
Ability to lift 75 pounds or more, climb in and out of a truck, and work outdoors in all conditions.
