About The Position

This position supervises and coordinates janitorial staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality cleaning in accordance with Amazon's standards. The role involves scheduling, training, performance management, inventory monitoring, quality control, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The Janitorial Supervisor will also handle urgent cleaning requests and communicate with facility management.

Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Experience in a large warehouse/distribution center environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities
