About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, motivated, and performance-driven individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. Requirements

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry packages weighing 5–50 lbs.
Ability to perform sustained physical activity throughout a full shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Hand-load boxes from conveyor systems into trailers using floor-loading techniques.
Scan and accurately record packages using handheld scanning devices.
Move freight cages to and from designated staging areas.
Organize and secure freight to maximize trailer space and ensure safe transportation.
Maintain consistent productivity while following established safety and operating procedures.
Unload boxes from trailers onto conveyor systems.
Scan packages and accurately sort freight into designated cages.
Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Follow established procedures for handling, sorting, and staging freight.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
