About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Front-End Developer to support a mission-critical enterprise. The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intuitive user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences while meeting enterprise application requirements. The ideal candidate will translate designs and business requirements into scalable front-end solutions.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong design experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong technical expertise, with mentorship responsibilities and experience delivering process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and use secure software development practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop reusable UI components and optimize application performance.
- Ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.
- Monitor system health, user metrics, performance, and operational availability.
