About The Position

Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Responsibilities include Cashiering, Bagging, Cleaning, Merchandising, Stocking, Rotating Product, and Facing. Essential Job Functions include providing World Famous Friendly customer service, working as part of a team, accurately handling cash transactions and bagging groceries, carrying out groceries to customers' vehicles, rotating perishable merchandise and removing out-of-date product, greeting customers, maintaining a neat appearance, keeping store shelves fully stocked, assisting in building store displays, observing department policies and procedures, maintaining a clean work area and check stand, and learning, following, and modeling all safety operating procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude to customers & team members.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read case labels and shelf tags.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to multi-task & perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to count chance & balance cash drawer.
• Ability to learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
• Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide World Famous Friendly customer service with customers and teammates.
• Work as part of a “team” atmosphere.
• Cashier responsibilities, smile, greet, count back change accurately.
• Bag groceries accordingly (like items together).
• Carry out groceries to customers vehicles.
• Keep perishable merchandise rotated & pull out of date product as needed.
• Greet customers who come into the store and be observant.
• Maintain a neat appearance according to the company’s dress code policy.
• Keep store shelves fully stocked according to information provided.
• Assist in building store displays.
• Observe policies and procedures established for each department.
• Keep work area, check stand, front end clean.
• Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
