About The Position

Creative Care Pharmacy is a locally owned independent pharmacy in Edmond, OK, proudly serving the Edmond and OKC communities. As part of the TotalDose Group, we focus on personalized care, wellness services, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a Pharmacy Clerk / Pharmacy Cashier to join our growing team and support daily pharmacy and retail operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment

Nice To Haves

• No pharmacy experience required, we provide training!
• Cash register: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in a retail pharmacy setting
• Greet and assist patients
• Operate cash register and process sales, returns, and refunds
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Help customers find OTC medications, vitamins, and supplements
• Support pharmacy staff by checking prescription status in pharmacy software
• Stock shelves, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and organized
• Assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, and product resets
• Deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to local homes or facilities
