About The Position

Creative Care Pharmacy, a locally owned independent pharmacy in Edmond, OK, is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk / Pharmacy Cashier to join their team. As part of the TotalDose Group, they focus on personalized care, wellness services, and outstanding customer service. This role supports daily pharmacy and retail operations, and no prior pharmacy experience is required as training is provided. The position involves providing friendly, professional customer service, operating the cash register, answering phones, assisting customers with over-the-counter medications and supplements, supporting pharmacy staff, and maintaining store organization and inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment

• Cash register: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in a retail pharmacy setting
• Greet and assist patients
• Operate cash register and process sales, returns, and refunds
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Help customers find OTC medications, vitamins, and supplements
• Support pharmacy staff by checking prescription status in pharmacy software
• Stock shelves, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and organized
• Assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, and product resets
• Deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to local homes or facilities
