About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role combines administrative support, customer service, and office coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
