About The Position
The Front Desk Representative will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This is a weekend role with the possibility of more hours during the week.
Requirements
- No degree or previous experience is required.
- Dependable with a passion for health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
- Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
- Register all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
- Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
