About The Position
Physiq Fitness Springfield is hiring a Front Desk team member to join their squad. The ideal candidate will bring good energy, love helping people, and be able to transition between welcoming members at the desk and managing the Kids Care area. This role involves a mid-shift schedule from 10 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for adjustments based on gym needs. The position requires strong customer service and communication skills, reliability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multitask between front desk duties and Kids Care support. A positive attitude and a team-first mindset are essential, as is an enjoyment of working with both adults and children.
Requirements
- Mid shift 10am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday (Open to possible adjustments, depends on the needs of the gym)
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members
- Maintain strong front desk presence
