About The Position
Do You Make Great First Impressions? Do you enjoy meeting new people, staying busy, and helping create a positive experience for others? If so, HealthCARE Express is looking for dependable, upbeat individuals to join our D.O.F.I. team. D.O.F.I. stands for Director of First Impressions, and it's one of the most important positions in our clinics. As the first person patients interact with, you'll help set the tone for their entire visit by providing friendly, professional service from the moment they walk through the door. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Team members may assist with duties outside their primary responsibilities and participate in cross-training opportunities to support clinic success.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients

- Answer incoming calls
